Possible to Trigger Many Highlighted Items on Mouseover

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over an item to highlight it.
2. Move the cursor horizontally out of the drop down list area keeping the 
hovered item highlighted.
3. Once outside the drop down list area move the cursor down vertically 
then back horizontally so it is over the drop down list.
4. 2 Items will now be highlighted when only one at a time should be 
allowed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only one item should be highlighted when hovered over. It is possible to 
highlight many by moving the cursor off of the drop down list then back on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9 Firefox 3.5

I could not duplicate this problem with version 1.0.
Could you please check it again with the latest revision?
