Slight Lag in the help window #5

I happen to find that there is lag in the responsiveness when scrolling through the help guide.

Issue is not reproducible on windows, it seems like a bug in the library used for macOS

Reason for disagreement: As a user who cannot test on windows, I would not know this. It is still a bug and its behaviour should be recorded in the UG if you know that it affects all mac users. Moreover, since the feature is not OS specific, I think it is valid to say that the help feature should work smoothly and this os specific bug is still counted as bug and as if it cannot be fixed, it could have been flagged out.
