Travis-CI has added support for ARM64. Added ARM64 jobs in Travis-CI.

I'm not enthusiastic about this. It makes the Travis build much slower, and I'm not convinced that it's useful since the Python module doesn't contain any architecture-specific code. Can you clarify why you want this?
