wsbest tutorial uses.tsv file has incorrect indices_target_token #1

The indices target token of some uses in the file use_single/wsbest/english/tutorial/uses.tsv are shifted a few characters. This error probably originates from the quoting option of the function used to export the data, since the error occurs in sentences with double quotes.
