Hi, yuji I am a Astah* developer. I feel so sorry that I have made a mistake closing this report. Let me reopen it and keep it in our task tracker. Glad to know your advices on our product. Regards
I have the same problem with this except while using professional and version 0.2.0
java -version slave-iv java version "1.7.0_07" OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.3.2) (ArchLinux build 7.u7_2.3.2-1-x86_64) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.2-b09, mixed mode)
Hi, I'm a member of Astah team. You can avoid this issue by creating "plugins" directory into your Astah installation directory.( /usr/lib/astah_communiy )
This isn't yuml-plugin issue. This is Astah issue. Astah should have a plugins directory in Astah installation directory. But deb or rpm package, they don't contain this directory into the package.
Basic environment info
Plugin version: 0.1.0. Plugin filename: yuml-0.1.0.jar Astah* version: Astah* Community 6.6 (Model version 36) OS: Ubuntu 11.10 JVM: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_30-b12), Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.5-b03, mixed mode)
Error report
After installing the plugin of yUML following the steps found in the README file, the astah* do not start. When I delete the jar file from the folder, astah* starts normally.
