support for ipv6 #140

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. just a request for new feature. papercut is a very great product for email test, but it lacks support for ipv6. it could be complete and very useful if it can support both ipv4/ipv6.

Describe the solution you'd like user can ask papercut to listen on ipv6 address for email messages.
