No readme, doesn't compile under VS2010, lots of files are missing #1

Tools look promising but

There's no read me about dependencies (and there are somes ! libpng, 
libbzip...) and projects don't compile under VS2010 and lots of files are 
missing (minilzo, game spy/* ...)

so for now it looks quite useless to me

What's the problem with 2010?
LZO is a dependency as well.
