What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Device should be detected by iphonebrowser.  Message saying to plugin iPhone or 
reconnect if already connected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.3, Vista sp1, 3gs fw 3.0 jb with purplera1n

Make sure you have synced with iTunes before attempting to use iPhoneBrowser to
verify iTunes recognizes phone
