The Program Loads shows me the directory structure but the pane does not show me any files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connects OK
2. Shows Directory Structure
3. DOES NOT SHOW ANY FILES

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File names with extensions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.3
