Unable to load DLL 'iTunesMobieDevice.dll' #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run program
2. error pops up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This happened as soon as i updated to iTunes 10.5 and im nt sure if it will 
even work with iOS 5

Also unable to find iTunesmobiledevice.dll file. I found it in my Program Files 
(x86) directory.  I would put in the right directory if I knew where it was 
supposed to go.  I am running iTunes 11.0.4.4 on Windows 8.  I put in all 
directories with the extension itl and xml without luck.
