本地启动报这个错是什么原因呢? #1988

错误信息: request to https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT 162.125.2.6:443

我本地是可以访问openAI的,也配置了apiKey,key是有效的,请问本地这种问题怎么解决?
