调用的模型始终是GPT-3.0 #2078

你好，我openai账号有付费充值，APT调用GPT-4.0，模型设置试过gpt-4-turbo, gpt-4-turbo-preview, gpt-4-0125-preview, gpt-4-1106-preview，但页面中询问，始终都是GPT-3，数据库更新也只是截止到21年。也就是始终没有成功调用4.0，这种情况要怎么处理？我是docker部署的chatgpt-web，2.11.1版本。
