Thank you for providing the open-source code. I used the images from the images folder and initialized the point cloud with dust3r. Then I used train.py and render.py for scene reconstruction, but I ended up with terrible results. Have you encountered this situation before?

i wonder if there are any examples where this is an appropriate solution that can generate usable results
