Problems with hot-cold game #10

When clicked on, people in the hot-cold game do not disappear. This needs to 
be implemented. Also, the music needs to change, and people should say 
something when they are arrested.

Problem - The actual PassengerG doesn't have any sprite attached. This needs 
fixing.

Fixed problem with hot/cold game, still need to implement people talking as 
part of 
whole person sounds thing.
