Group instance as a parent #193

If group instance is a parent, children are not visible during rendering.

Well, this matches Blender Internal render behavior.

It's different type of bug. Blender Internal don't render a child, if the parent is a group instance of that specific child. Blender V-Ray however don't render group instances, if theirs parent is a group instance.
