Updated german translation #7

corrected [STR_SHARED_GOLD_QUANTITY] (that was the real reason for the pull) Tried to translate some further variables but it's not always clear what it relates to and how it is used.

Hey @stonecrusher I committed the fixed typo ("Gemeinsamen Gold") of your PR by myself. I don't think all the other translations are needed for the german language. This file is for new language keys added by plugy and for adding support for new languages that normally are not supported by diablo 2
