Im having probelms handing in the last part of the UBRS key to receive the ring. (https://classicdb.ch/?quest=4743)

Valean will not talk to me about it, and has no ? over his head. I have done this in a raid and also reset instance and went in with a 5man team.

Anyone else ran into this issue as we've not seen this reported before and completed many times.
