Same as enhancement 69? From a GPX perspective, maybe.

Issue 69 (text notes) is for multi-line text, saved as reference to a text file.
Allowing out of program editing and introduces no limits on the content length.

Issue 80 naming is single-line short name, saved inside the track structure. 
With
limited length offers the possibility to display inside the application. 
Perhaps on
the map or somewhere in a summary.

The GPX perspective would mean mapping to the elements, so issue 80 would prob 
be
<name> and 69 I think will end up in <desc>. 
# <name>  GPS waypoint name of the waypoint
# <cmt> GPS comment of the waypoint
# <desc> Descriptive description of the waypoint
