Compress Terminology #107

So, another part of the recent feedback was that we may be able to compress the terminology. In other words, if a term is simply the replacement for another term in a different context, does it add value.

This needs a careful review. In some cases these additional terms may appear similar, such as ability score and target number but can be different i.e. modifiers can be applied to an ability score to get the target number.

But as we are seeking to simplify. we should look for anything that is not doing its work.

Made some changes to remove score, and modifier (though situational modifier remains)
