In the degree table [https://github.com/ChaosiumInc/QuestWorlds/blob/master/2.3_Degrees.md] the progression seems to be linear steps of 5 up to 3 degrees and then the 4th degree doubles the effect i..e from 20 at 3 to 40 at 4. Is this deliberate?
