Section references for hindrance are incorrect #147

The following section references for hindrance are wrong and should instead be §2.7.1

2.7.2 refers to §2.6.1 (two places)
8.1 refers to §3.4 (one place)

Apologies, just realised that opened this issue using my other GitHub account (reiterative), but this account (eiderweb) is the one that I used for previous contributions. Sorry for any confusion!
