Align table points to right + add style comments #426

Aligns points in the table to the right, to remove the annoying gap on the right side of the voters card. Also adds comments for each section of the stylesheet so we can roughly identify what's what.

EDIT: I'm aware that the whole voters card doesn't fit on my screen, but there's not much I can do about that.
