I'm not too sure why this is happening. I've posted a few possible reasons in #497, but without querying the db, I can't be sure.

That works too.

Edit: I did a vote close, but @paris-ci, the author of the issue, closed it manually. I deleted my previous comment as to not mess things up.

I think there's unexpected behavior with gh.comments.get_all_issue_comments

This was a hotfix to fix it, but this method is still ignoring the since param.
