Command to prevent an issue from becoming stale

Chaosbot automatically closes quite a few issues when they become inactive. I've seen some issues that are supported even though there isn't much discussion. A command to open a vote on such issues would be neat. Here's what I had in mind:

• /keep to open a vote to prevent the current issue from becoming stale.

This doesn't seem particularly relevant - you can :-1: on /vote close posts to keep them open, and if they're still actually active then ChaosBot won't vote close them.

If an issue isnt solved since 6 days, it seem not relevant anyway. (I meant "discussed")

So this feature is not needed.
