Re-texture #6

Added in code to apply set bonuses for entire sets of armor, and apply piece penalties for wearing even a single piece of some armors (looking at you obsidian!).

Replaced textures/item icons for Bone, Obsidian, Fiery, and Emerald armor.

Since this is only for the textures and the code is in #7, please remove the code from this PR.

I've got textures in a separate branch now. It should not include code. I'll close this request and make a new one when the textures are finished.
