First of all, I like your first commit. What I can see, this doesn't have to do with the title of the PR. For the critical fix, I had another idea. I need to make sure that deleted files don't contain anything important. If there's a file which has no current backup, it needs to be included in the latest file. Currently no idea how to do this in a simple way. At least, I have an idea which is a bit more complicated.
If you want the command thing, you can open a new pull request for that. And if you find a better solution for the backup thing, you may open a new pull request for that as well. For now, I close this one. Thank you for this pr anyways! It was an important one.
