Numerous design changes by Chaotic Labs to their Voron 2.4 CNC parts kits have rendered the currently posted build guide obsolete and unuseable. Among what they've changed; they've done away with grub screws for all bearing retention applications throughout the kit. Some of the parts such as the plates for the AB drives and idlers have gone on a diet, so it uses different length screws than before along with 9mm pulleys instead of 10 mm pulleys on the idlers.
If you attempt to use the old guide you'll just get confused, frustrated, or both. Hopefully they'll post a new build guide soon. Siboor began shipping kits with the newest Chaotic Labs parts in February 2024 and nobody seems to know where the new build guide is or when it will show up.
