Add Torch Functionality #4

Functionality that needs to be added includes:

(PARTIALLY DONE; doesn't consume cloth yet) Lighting the torch (consumes one cloth resource)
(DONE) Torch timer which blows out the fire
(DONE; no animation yet) Dipping torch into snow (torch becomes no longer lit)

Still need animation of player dipping torch into snow to put it out. Waiting on implementation of cloth in order to consume 1 cloth when lighting torch.
