Defect: if you use the backspace/left/right # chords, it sometimes leaves the letter #15

Describe the bug If you use the chords that do the backspace, left or right or del for x number of characters (for example backspace + m for 9 backspaces), it sometimes leaves the letter

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have the functional chords on your device
  2. Try to use them, trying to specifically alter whether or not you press the backspace or the letter first or vice versa
  3. Notice that sometimes the letter is left over

Expected behavior The chord should clear the letter and not leave it.
