Enhancement: Hide (1) text in impulse prompt when Compound Chording is Disabled

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The impulse prompt should only show (1) text when Compound Chording is Enabled.

Describe the solution you'd like With the Compound Chording setting:

• Enabled Show the prompts: >I<mpulse output: >I<mpulse input(1): >I<mpulse input(2): (accessed with shift enter from the previous prompt)

• Disabled Show the prompts: >I<mpulse output: >I<mpulse input:

Currently, the (1) and (2) texts are shown when Compound Chording is Enabled or Disabled:

• OS: Win 10
• CharaChorder Device: CharaChorder One
• CCOS Version: 1.9.10-beta

Additional context Maybe this already has been implemented in a private beta firmware, or it's planned for a future version.

This is now implemented/fixed in the latest version of CCOS, 2.0.0-beta, and will be fully released whenever that moves into production.
