Add git ignore file to exclude compiled code, .**~ code and other unwanted structures

I have some problems with the gitignore, especially in my eclipse-branch where I will work in. Hopefully I can resolve that soon

Completed the content of the .gitignore. Cleaned up all files by completely reinitalizing all branches and files. From now on this should be all clean.
