Computational domain can start at different place to 0

• Changed all warping occurences to correctly feature the domain begin
• This works by first shifting the position by domain begin in order to determine the correct amount of domain sizes to be warped
• occurences changed in particles, hermite and map sampling
• reordered particle initialization, this now uses Grid_psi to determine the map (as particles depend solely on velocity, chosen arbitrarily though)
