ActionCable listener stopped working #3

The bot stopped posting messages at 07:30 UTC this morning.

It's not entirely clear what caused this, but Art of Code suggests switching to the v2 API.

Actually the Cable API doesn't have an explicit v2 as such, but I have an experiment which seems to receive notifications again, just need to wait for more spam to arrive in order to actually test it.

It didn't take after the first restart but it restarted itself a couple of times and seems to be working now. Metasmoke issue?
