Restore domain and URL tail search #7

Regex search over the Metasmoke API was turned off for stability and performance reasons. (See #6.)

I have a fix in the works for domains, but URL tails (mostly useful for updating drugs brands) doesn't look like it's going to be easy.

https://github.com/Charcoal-SE/halflife/commit/89ae0fa465960ec468a2424490d92c1947a1a197 has the domain lookup over API v2 which restores some of the functionality, and also paves the way for reporting on domain tags and whois.
