Multi-meter only for now

[x] Multi-meter button
- [x] Should spawn the multi-meter in the scene, then be disabled.
- [x] Should be re-enabled if the multi-meter is deleted.

@Hazem-Gamall in 6aeeb4b, I added static methods to the Multimeter class to destroy and spawn the multimeter in order to use with the UI button, but there's a null-reference when it's spawned for some reason. Please check it out.
