'Flash terminals' feature as an indicator for where connections can be made.

Since wire mode is cancelled, I recommend we still add this feature as a keyboard shortcut/onscreen button, that when pressed flashes all of the terminals on the screen as shown in the image. This would be a feature to help the player detect where/what terminals are available (sort of like Gnome's 'click ctrl to highlight mouse location' feature).
