Swimming in water is slower #41

When you swim in the water, it is slower than minecraft.net or WoM. It should be sped up to match minecraft.net.

Can you compile Charged Miners? If so it would be awesome if you could tweek the values in src/miners/classic/playerphysics.d to get the closer to how they should be.

I can confirm this -- walking through liquids is almost intolerable at the moment. Perhaps it should be converted to a settings.ini value for easy tweaking?
