We agree that it might be a minor inconvenience that the user is not able to see the description, however, the individual fields of a person has been mentioned in our user guide. Hence, we felt that it was unnecessary to put description in all of the fields in the person as it would make the application much more complicated.

Reason for disagreement: For begining users, this UI is very confusing, hence it is a valid issue, beyond that, there is not specific area in the UG which specifies which part of the UI corresponds to which field, hence new users will have a hard time finding out.

Reason for disagreement: Based on the above reasons, it is low as it is not just a cosmetic flaw, but a usability issue.
The individual fields for the person panel should include a description of what it is, especially for income meeting time and place. For example, $1000 could mean anything from income to the price of the plans the client is on. In addition, I had no clue what Online meant when first opening the app.
