Command Summary should have hyperlinks to individual commands

Each command in the command summary should be hyperlinked to their respective detailed descriptions.

Team's Response

We do have a hyper link back to the table of contents after each section which the user could then click on the specific command for more details. The command summary is mainly for user to easily refer to the commands when needed. Hence, this is the expected and correct behaviour from user point of view.
