Bumped thesamet scalapb versions to 0.10.1
Bumped gradle version to 5.4.1
Dropped junitrunner usage since this is not available in scalatest 3.1.1, which gets pulled in by the new scalapb version.

Hi, not sure what the process usually is, but it would be useful for me if this plugin used the newer 0.10.1 scalapb version instead of the 0.9.4 one, so I thought I'd open a PR for that.

I changed the test a bit because the newer scalapb version pulls in a more recent scalatest version, which no longer seems to have the JUnitRunner.
