Add extra step in ios shortcuts to avoid empty commit

Improve iOS/iPadOS setup in README.md to avoid empty commits.

• Add an If condition before committing so that Working Copy only commits when there's actually changes detected in the repository.
• This would avoid empty commits when exiting Logseq, or avoid getting the empty commit error message
