You can download the source from the previous releases on Bioconductor:
- 3.6: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.6/bioc/src/contrib/ENCODExplorer_2.4.0.tar.gz
- 3.5: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.5/bioc/src/contrib/ENCODExplorer_2.2.1.tar.gz
- 3.4: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.4/bioc/src/contrib/ENCODExplorer_2.0.6.tar.gz
- Etc...
And then install with the R CMD INSTALL ENCODExplorer_2.4.0.tar.gz (you need to use the archive name corresponding to the file you downloaded).
Is it possible to download an older version of the ENCODE Explorer? I can't download the new one because of the R version.
