Single finger scrolling option like WinVNC #124

It would be nice to have the option to use single finger scrolling like the
WinVNC and position a cursor with click option at the bottom. Its hard to
switch from one to two finger.
Thanks for a great product I like the way it's progressing.

In version .61 I have added the ability to doubleTap on the top statusbar to 
toggle
between view only mode.

I think this will help address the usability issues during a connection.
