Do not generate an error when the mailx command is not available #6

Currently bung generates an error when the mailx command is not available

In case the user does not want any notifications, bung should not generate any message when the mailx command is not available.

Related issue: Dependency mailx: remove (https://github.com/CharlesMAtkinson/bung_debian_packaging/issues/1)
