Add option to set exclusion dates for reoccuring events #47

Hi Charles,

one thing that would make mxCalendar even better and more useful would be an option to set dates on which reoccuring events don't occur. For example, we want an event to occur every sunday but not on some dates - for example holidays.

I guess a list of comma separated dates or date ranges would be a good enough method of setting those dates :)

I'm particullary interested in seeing this added to the Evo version.
