Readability changes for the README and adblock script. No functionality was removed or added.

I'd be more than happy to accept the readme changes in isolation however I think in terms of adblocks formatting I'd prefer to just add a formatter to the repo as a whole

Awesome. I added another commit restoring adblock to the one in the original repository so the only conflicting file is the README. If you could merge that pull request, that would be great. I use your scripts daily so contributing to this project feels super cool. Thank you!
