Add a navbar (doesn't have to be functional / have links to anything yet) and a title to the root path - if you would like to add a css framework like bulma, bootstrap or tailwind to do this, go for it! This will speed up development and allow you to focus on react rather than css. You should use npm to do this, rather than yarn as it is more commonly used in javascript projects.
