Description

This pull request enables terminal command execution in Sweep by adding new endpoints and a new class for executing terminal commands.

Summary

• Added new endpoints /execute/migration and /execute/formatter_or_linter in sweepai/api.py
• Added a new class TerminalExecutor in sweepai/terminal_executor.py for executing terminal commands
• Added tests for the new endpoints and the TerminalExecutor class in sweepai/api_test.py and sweepai/terminal_executor_test.py
