How / when to specify block vs intersection data #119

Michael's feedback on TSA prototype - be specific about how you’re quantifying crash data (ex: 50 crashes at intersection / in block / radius / etc.)

This is in reference to @banjtheman 's automated traffic safety assessment form data gathering tool. I think he simply needs to update it to pull data back for the specific block of the address entered and present those crash and moving violations data, then do a radius search to identify other "nearby" data points. Make sure to identify the search radius in the results. Would be happy to provide more guidance if needed.
