Overview:

Created a dynamic camera for the player
Follows player movements and proactively shifts ahead of the player once the threshold velocity is exceeded.
walking in the opposite direction to a shift eventually brings the camera back to its default offset (easier to understand in game).
Added ability to look up and look down (might not suit a fast paced platformer).
